| trolling very slow 20-30 ft from shore.
lines down 5 - 10 m
fish finder showed very little fish at west end of lake trolling up to east end where fish finder showed huge amounts of fish all around the 20- 40 ft depth.
got very windy from 7 - 8P.M. and fish got very active.
we just bought a new Humminbird Piranha Max 160 fish finder mounted it on the bottom of 40 lb thrust motor and works great No need to drill holes in the aluminum boat. Tip the transom mount that comes with it, all you do is buy a gear clamp from hardware store and clamp to the motor and zip tie wire up the shaft of motor. this way you now how close motor foot is to the bottom of lake etc. Keep the lines wet and enjoy
