| Started out fishing deep off of the north shore of the lake. No bites and no fish. Put on the waders and strafed the shoreline from the north end boat put-in to the northwest corner where the lilypads appear in summer. Lost one bead-head bugger due to a submerged log but caught two 10 inch planters on an unweighted black bugger. Both fish C&R'd. Light rain and eagles soaring above made for a great day on the water. Now only if it were a little warmer. :)
