| Went down to Mill Lake for a bit of fishing after work, got lots of strikes then hooked a 14 inch, 2.2 lb. bow. After landing it I bent over to pick up my rod and threw my back out. Had to have my wife help me to the car. But at least I got dinner! Used Rainbow power bait on a Carolina rig with a 2 foot leader. Good spot at Mill Lake is just to the right of the boat launch. The first break in the bushes. Cast straight out about 40 feet, seems to be a hole there, fish seem to hold there on hot sunny days. On overcast days move down to just the other side of the big tree. Tight lines and good luck.
