| Got out there around 1:00 in the afternoon. There was lots of people walking around, but I only saw one other person fishing. I started off throwing a small grub to maybe get a bass, but then I noticed there was some surface movement from minnows so I switched to a silver spoon and caught a nice 13 inch rainbow on my second cast. I then proceeded to cast into a tree and lose my spoon. My brother lost a few fish and I had some more bites but never landed another. It got cold fast and people were feeding the ducks where we were fishing, so we left. I'll be back with more minnow immitations.
