| Wanna have some exciting fishing experience without fighting for the fishing spot in the crowded Fraser? Then go to the Manning Park which is 2.5 hours drive from Vancouver. Every other cast on Lighting Lake you get a rainbow trout. Ive been using the following combination: the raw boat to be able to catch the bigger size trout in a deep water (rent - $50 per 24 hours); light-weight casting rod, Blue Fox Super Vibrax lure (bronze wing, bronze or orange body). Fishing method doesnt really matter. Casting or trolling youll get awesome result anyways.
