was suprised that they were going after this. Only landed a couple with this fly, but they were the bigger ones of the bunch

again, they really liked the black flies,, not so much the blue or greyish ones

| Was my first time heading up the Lightning Lake and had a great time! We were in the water by 9am and before I could even tie on my fly a buddy already had a fish on. Trolled the whole day with a boat and it worked extremely well. The little nook just to the right of the boat launch (which isnt right on the map) seemed to have the most fish for us during the day,, and was a sure fire in the evening. We trolled the whole lake and as you can see by the points I added on the map thats where we got most of our fish and had the most success. Biggest we landed was a 15inch... Smallest prolly a 3 haha poor little guy. All and all a great place to fish.
