| Fishing was awesome right at the main boat launch, the water was the highest i have ever seen it, water was flowing over the hydro dam, and just about at the parking lot at the boat launch / recreation spot. Casting pink or red krill and slowly dragging along the bottom as you reel in got us a lot of fish. as well as fishing a black or olive woolly bugger, or a pumpkin head near bottom between the two of us he landed 49 fish, and lost well over 50, total time fishing was around 10 hours we where there from 8AM to 8:30PM...
NOTE: once the wind picked up around noon the fishing almost died and the bite wasnt back on till around 3PM.
