Does anyone knows any good spot to fish for salmon off the beach or rocks in west Van without a boat and easy access with good results?

Good results are being reported from Chesterman's Beach which is just east of Lighthouse Park and west of the Fisheries building complex.
Look for small access paths off one of the many winding residential streets to the south of Marine Drive.
Early morning low tide is best casting anything small and shiny.
