Wondering if anyone has seen any fish or how low the mouth is? Can the fish get up?

i went up way down fleetwood logging road to that slow pool under the logging bridge the other day and it is extremely slow moving and low, saw one black looking fish in there (spawning?) no bites or anything

Was at camping place and the hatchery. water is very low, less than a foot. Don't know how it looks like in the mouth.

The fish mill at the mouth. No fish can come up due to low water. But the occasional salmon come at night. I'd stay away from the Chehalis until we get a downpour otherwise you'll snag the bottom. The mouth is the only place you'll have a chance at coho.

all the coho and chum are hiding and wandering around the harrison and the sloughs around chehalis tributeries . wait for a rain and the river should be the a great place to fish . unfortunatly lots of the coho that will come up will be coloured because most have been waiting a while for rain . i will take my pontton for the first time and try and the chehalis mouth ill report back tuesday or wednesday

I was there about 4 weeks a go. The river was really low and was filled with spawning/dying Chinook. Further down the river where Chehalis river meets with Harrison river. I've seen chrome looking Coho waiting in the slough waiting to move up into Chehalis river. I was trying to catch a Coho on the fly, but I did'nt have heavy enough tackle at the time. Never did make it back, but I definately want to. Once the water levels go up, there should be some good fishing in the Chelhalis river.
