Stave river picnic area is closed due to construction site. There are no stop signs on both sides 2 km before site.
Also there are no stop signs on the other side of the river both sided up to the first parking after dam.

Are chums in there in numbers yet? I may go next week if there is some fish.

you can fish anywhere but the spawning channel,you just can't park anywhere.
