time for a rain dance!!!
it is so dry the woodlot i want to hunt deer at is closed due to fire hazard. that is dry for october 1st. WE NEED RAIN !

buddy of mine was in the ocean and was saying how it is FILLED with coho right now that are waiting for rain to come up (apparently)

What we need is light rain for a couple weeks. A heavydownpour after such long dry spell is definitely not a good idea.

So the forecast calls for light rain (1-3mm) from Friday afternoon (today) until Saturday morning. I wonder if that will trigger the salmon? I won't wait to find out! It may be time to head out to the Valley to check my special spot  .
