Just wondering when the best fishing was on the Coquihalla?

this is the only report ive seen on it. never fished it myself.
Coquihala River... Water is still really high but there are lots of anxious small trout will to take a fly. This is fly only, catch and release. If you see a poacher or someone using bait or gear please diplomatically say something, and report them immediately. This is a precious fishery which needs to be protected.
