Topic: Desperate for good fishing/camping |

Hi there! Well we just got ourselves a little electric motor paddle boat and we're gearing up for some camping/fishing this weekend. We've been shut out 4 times in a row fishing off shore so we're ready to get into the water. We're in DT vancouver and will happily drive 1-2.5 hrs out for a recommended lake with camping near by. We'll have our 4 yr old son with us so a kid friendly spot BUT not overcrowded would be best. I HAVE to get my husband some good fishing in this weekend SO please help me out so I can pick the right spot for everyone. Thanks in advance

good luck finding anywhere that it is not crowded this weekend !! Hicks lake is just past Harrison it has a nice campground and we have always beeen fairly lucky with the fish they are not your biggest fish but it is still fun to catch them. You may be better off if you try and reserve a spot good luck :-)
