Looks like a very nice boat. Look for the air holes to fill it up with air and check for leaks. A standard hand pump or electric pump works. It will probably use nozzles like these: http://image.made-in-china.com/2f0j00MvnEpWRqgTYw/Battery-Operated-Electric-Air-Pump-with-Three-Different-Nozzles.jpg Also you will need oars so if you don't have them you can get cheap ones at walmart. When you use it, avoid dragging it on the ground. It looks like you can add a strong motor on it but I wouldn't know about that.. you might need a motor mount.

Similar to my boat, do you have the rest of the floor pieces? Basicly semi inflate it, put the floor together, fully inflate it, should be a seat too that velcro's across the top. I use a 10hp honda 4 stroke on a 10 inflatable and can get going pretty good solo but with 2 people it moves pretty slow.

I have the other floor pieces and the oars. Thanks for the input guy's. I also got that link for the air pump. Should find that pump at West Coast Marine here in Richmond.
I can hear the lakes calling me right now lol
