So when can we start fishing for steelhead? and where is everyones favourite spot?

Steelhead should start showing up in our systems in the next few weeks. High point should be January I believe!
I dont think anyone is gonna give up their own fav spot though.. :P

Thank you. It's ok I know a few spots but was just wondering if any are going to be good this weekend? It is probably the only time I will be aloud to go out.

Failure to Launch...

Depending on which system you plan on going to the water has come up and is a little muddy past few days, starting to clear up now. Might be some early fish but will be hard to find, do not stay still, make a few casts cover the water, possibly switch presentations a few times then move on.
But... a bad day fishing beats a good day at work any time.

best spot ever eh? Considering the run is maybe a few hundred fish tops I know there are systems with way better spots than yours. You just made the biggest mistake a "fisherman" can do, take somebody(like a complete stranger that you just offered) to you spot. He then takes a few of his buddys there, then they do the same and so on. No more best spot ever. Come on europuma, give your head a shake

Smokin, I think if he took the time to type the offer he is most willing to follow through.
Im also pretty sure the amount of steelhead that return to the Chedder is well over a few hundred fish..
