Alright so i go fishing on the tidal section of the Fraser river all the time. I live close by in Delta and I've found good spot where i see salmon jumping and breaching the water constantly. Its located just off Elevator rd near the port, you take Alaska way all the way to the end of the peninsula. After you walk to the tip when its low tide their is a little hole where salmon rest and a deep slope where they swim by. i even seen a nice Chinook jump out of the water no less then 10 feet from me; their is however one problem there. The tide levels do not stay long for long and you get flooded out shortly after the low but if you were to take a small aluminum boat out there with a motor you could troll the slopes for nice Coho and Chinook.
