I recently was anchored in my small boat casting spinner into the fraser for pinks. I quickly realized something was wrong when my rod jerked upward. I had caught a seagull and was now dragging it through the water! After alot of effort I got it untangled and released :P
Also today I was casting under the Mission bridge and the asian man beside me snagged one in the hump and then proceed to look for something to kill it with. I told him he couldnt and he threw the fish back in the water and continued fishing...
The salmon was laying upside down in front of him and I had to walk back over and revive the fish. Someone gave me a thumbs up as I walked back, I just snarled at the other man..

Yesterday i lost my last spoon in a snag and shortly after i fished out someones line with a nice spoon on it.. Then lost that too

fishslippers. i was there and saw that. i was the guy with the bike. and he was back today and did the same thing with his buddy. but this time i got him on video. took 4 fouled humps this time and had his buddy slice them open before anyone could do anything.
