Stopped by today. Road barricade is removed and you can park just fine however the bar is underwater. Last year there were about.. 300 people? constantly fishing the main current. There was a little stream that people with 4x4's crossed to fish the other side. Today there were probably 5 people fishing (no fish seen) and that little stream was the size of the river and it covered up the spots that everyone fished from last year. Hope that helped.
