That's good, heard of one getting caught at the slab on the vedder a couple weeks ago. Hoping for big numbers this coming long weekend

I just got back from Peach Rd Vedder access, and no luck. Shoulda realized it would be slow, as I was the only one in sight. Skipped over to the Canal at Vedder bridge, and again, no luck. I admit fully I am a Newbie, so my reports probably don't carry much merit, so take it or leave it.

Thank you, I really appreciate the reply from someone who has recently fished the vedder. They should be in any time, Freds tackle website says there are more and more pouring in everyday now...
smokin

well if they said it then it must be true. "Tons pouring in" thats funny

Caught released four on Fraser... In two hours... So they gotta be round Vedder soon.

That's great, thanks for the reports guys it's good to see we are back to the topic. The place I am staying has wireless so if I am not to ripped after fishing I will definitely send a good report out. If the vedder is that bad we will hot the fraser to fish for socks and springs and pinks, looking for a good bar to fish somewhere near the vedder.

spoke with Fred's tackle today and they said the vedder is very very very slow right now and that there were lots hanging around the mouth of the vedder but havent moved in yet. That could change any day fingers are crossed....
Alan701

Thank you Alan
Catch:

Was good for pinks around the mouth a few days ago. Even a few small springs. You need a boat to get to them.

No pinks in the vedder yet, there may be a few around but the river is very very slow, fished it all weekend and got a little rainbow and that's it.
