still only accessible by boat and the road is still blocked off

Wow. I guess ill wait and probably ask again in a week. I heard the crowds are at scale bar now but too far. Theres houses by pegleg though.. Is it possible to park a bit far and walk? Or is the place underwater. Thanks for reply. Save me some gas money
