I saw some guys using spin n glows at Brownsville Bar. I asked them if they thought the water was moving fast enough. They said yes but I am still unsure. Opinions? They did not catch anything but nobody else did either...

I caught and released a wild coho there last year bar fishing with roe. Had to put in a lot of hours though. I fished there probably 5 times, not once did I see anyone use a spin n glow until last my last outing. I think they were newbies not knowing any better. I'm a newb but I knew better lol.

I agree it's a scumbag area, but its convenient for me (15 mins). A lot of junkies come out at night. Unfortunately, sometimes they show up at dusk to get an early start when families / fishers are still there. This is not a good mix!

I am going to try my luck out in that Langley bar. Perhaps a nicer setting?
