No, but get yourself a good vice and a couple of bobbins to start. Know which flies you want to tie. Check this link Videos Check eBay for deals on materials. It is quite rewarding and fun. Ask if you want to know more.

Hey Fish,
I have about a 15 year collection of flytying materials here. I tied Atlantic Salmon flies to dries and have some exotic feathers and skins. If you are interested e-mail me to tell me your needs.
