31MW4R3	Posted: 4/17/2011 8:27:07 PM Reply I've notice when I have been out fishing in Lafarge Lake and Green Timbers Lake that the fish were biting but when I set the hook they would get off. Anybody else having this problem? I was using #8 hooks with Powerbait and sand shrimp scented Smelly Jelly. I also observed from others who were pulling them in out of the water that they had smaller hooks. So I went to Como Lake yesterday and decided to try a #10 hook and nailed two rainbows. They tasted very good btw.

Posted: 4/18/2011 7:08:14 AM Reply ive been to green timbers almost daily and cant seem to get anything. right now i think tis all fished out and needs restocking...the ol reg`s dont go anymore that slay em all day long. if they arent there theres no fish bitin...i find a #10 a bit to big for my needs. cant seem to find any smaller anywhere right now....other than single egg hooks
