How does a 90% chance of Precipitation translate into not a drop of rain?
Why is the weather forecast ALWAYS wrong out here. ALWAYS!

agree , for the last week and a half ive taken everyday off of fishing , because the network calls for heavy rain the next day , barely seen any most days.
today i braved it and took a bike ride to the seymour hatchery , nice place . not much to see except for some smolts.
