Do you have a good scale? The only reason I ask is that the fish in Deer are relatively small and the difference in size between a winning fish and a 2nd place fish could be like 1.276lbs vs 1.183lbs.

i dont know if we're going to be fishing deer lake this weekend. i was heading up there yesterday (to practice)and the gate at the entrance to sasquatch park is locked. i had walked in to trout lake and theres still ice on it.

I like those lakes but theres a no power restriction on them that includes electric motors. How about Cultus? We caught a few cutties there last year at this time and theres always few big dollies rolling around. Kawkawa would be interesting too. I believe it opened on the 1st.
