Just wondering if the fraser river in fort langley has anything in it right now also would that area be considered as non tidal or no ???

Anything below the Mission bridge on the Fraser is considered Tidal Waters.

Freak - the best way to fish the fraser is bar fishing. Head down to the bar at derby's reach. As for fishing right now, well there isnt much. Give it a couple months and there will be dollies. If you fish it right now with some good roe or dew worms you may even pick up a steely. When the springs start rollin in later on in the year (may-june) it can be a blast.
