What does it mean when it says a stocked lake like hayward is stocked with steelhead and rainbow?

steelhead and rainbow trout are the same fish, just steelhead go out into the ocean and spawn in rivers, so thats a very good question. I have no clue

well on the trip planer it says hayward has them so i don't know maybe they just want it to seem more fishable
