Where and when around maple ridge can i catch 14+ inch rainbows or cutthroat trout

Thanks for the replay! And Yeah I've fished rolley lake a month or so ago and caught a 14 inch rainbow but the man beside me caught a 16! I fish the alouette a lot for the residential rainbows but not too many big ones. I was also wondering about cutthroat, are they never residential? Do they just follow the food(chum)? where do people always catch the big river trout?!?!
