Topic: Squamish area lakes? |

I'm looking to head up squamish way this weekend to drag a fly around a few lakes. Can anyone give me some suggestions? I can't find most of the lakes listed on this site in the fishing synopsis. My criteria is simply this; There must be access for my 12 foot aluminum and the lake must allow gas motors. Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions. I live in Maple Ridge and will be picking up my buddy in North van so that is why I figure something out Squamish way is a good bet.

Thanks... just to clarify, I dony need a boat launch, just somewhere to set the boat in the water..... it can be carried a couple hundred feet if neccessary.

Great fishing in the summer
and you can get you boat in there but i think they dont allow motors

Thanks for the tips but I'm way too lazy to row. need a gas motor lake or at least electric

I can't think of one single lake around Squamish where you can use a gas engine. row row row your boat

Unless there have been changes , Alta & Callaghan are the only lakes I know of in Whistler you can use a gas motor.
