I fish from the #7 side, you'll see cars parked and theres a trail to the river.

I got this big boy today, I didnt have a scale so im not sure the exact weight but im guessing it was at least 12 lbs. it put up a real good fight.

this is what i was useing. with a 5/0 nhook, corky, 11-12 foot leader, bottom bounce leader and a 3.5oz ball weight.
the setup in the pic has a short leader just for the pics sake. use a 12" leader the corky and wool color dosnt seem to matter eithe. good luck

the colour of the wool doesnt matter because your flossing them.... duh

i dont know why people call flossing snagging. in my eyes snagging would be if i was useing a 21' leader with a barbed trebble hook tied on every 3' and hooking fish in the back and belly. i was useing a 12' leader with one barbless hook, sure the fish probably swam into my line and ended up with the hook in his mouth and the hook was in the mouth of all the fish i kept. so realy its floss fishing not snagging. until the dfo puts on gear restritions witch wouldnt permit me to floss i will continue to floss and catch fish in the mouth with my barbless hook because i can and it works very well.

lol......how is bear hunting different than flossing??? Like the bear chose to bite the bullet you blasted through its head......sounds kinda like the hook that caught the side of the mouth of an unsuspecting sockeye.

Went out fishing today and caught 3 nice sockeye's but sadly 2 got away. First time salmon fishing too

UM, DUMPTRUCK... I THINK IT IS ACTUALLY ILLEGAL TO GO INTO THE STORE AND PUT FISH HOOKS IN THE FOOD. JUST GUESSING :P
