Any recent info on hicks lake ? Going there tomorrow. I don't have my fishing regulations book -do you know the catch limit ? Wedding bans and a worm , power bait ? Any info would be great guys .  Thanks !

Well i went on Thursday and had a fun time even though we didn't catch anything. For one thing we forgot to get worms witch I have never forgotten before-ARGG ! We tried powerbait , flies , lures , anchoring , trolling with wedding bands ,etc. The water was quite warm , so i suspect that was a problem. A word of caution for you boaters on this lake , it is very shallow in spots. Even not that far from the boat launch you will se a log sticking up. Stay clear from there along way. Goes from 30 ft. ti 1.56 ft real quick. permanent depth markers should be put around this lake. Lot's of fish in . My fish finder saw lot's anywhere around 12 ft to 5 ft.deep.
