how is the shoreline on that lake, is it swampy or can you easily fish from shore?

there is fishing from shore there no problem... best place to fish if you can get there without boat is where the creek runs into it on the far side. there is a shore reachable by trail to the right of the dock, had success there too, just lil cutties all day long.
