anyone know anyhot spots for cutthroat, and good spinners or spoons for attractors ????

Best spot? can't help you there, but last fall I caught a cutthroat below Paul's Tomb in Okanagan lake in kelowna.
Hard to believe, but it was a cuttie long and skinny with an empty stomach.
I'll post again if i find any more

in rivers or lakes? if in rivers the squamish river is going to be good right about now

i was catching cutthroat on deer lake and trout lake on april 27, the fishing was productive you can check out my reports they should help you out.

similkameen by Keremous has a good cuttie run around august every year, always pull out a few beauties on the fly whenever the rainbows aren't rippin the fly down
