I'm on the petetion thing, I live right be Bear Creek and on 140th there's the bridge there that goes over Bear Creek, I like to go and hang out there when i'm bored specialy when the salmon runs on.

it has less to do with traffic and more to do with access to millions of dollars worth of city owned land that is not dedicated as park. first the road, then the development. this land was once surrey's landfill. let's dig up some toxic waste beside 2 fish bearing creeks!
