i have a diawa S-5000 spinning reel tried to google it but couldnt find anything that would tell me if it was a salt water reel or not. I bought it a few years back and can't remember.

yea i think it is too i found another jupiter S-5000 and it said it was so ill just give it a shot. Yea i hope to go soon i gotta get a salt water liscence i'm hoping to get out there soon!
