hey there im going fishing in the little campbell river and just wounding what type of fish are running right now?? i am fishing in the mouth of the river where the ocean comes in to the river ?

There's beautiful trout in that river all year long. If you fly fish you'll know how to hunt'em.
If you bait fish I'd say fish one of the two pools on the Peace Portal golf course. Keep it closer to the evening time.. no crazy tides to worry about.

ok about the peace portal every one says fish there but are u aloud to go on the golf course and fish there and where is it

You can fish as long as you're reasonably respectful of the setting your in. Don't be shooting your empty beer bottles in the river.. and don't go chasing golfers around with your fillet knife.
You can best access the river where it enters the course on the West side.. right by the highway. You'll find a little access road just South of there, off the highway.. and it'll bring you to an area where you can park your car safely and walk down.
Take a walk down there.. check out the river. It'll take you less than a half hour. You'll notice the two distinct pools.
