Haven't been up there for a while now....is Freser still accessible from the shore at Pegleg? How is the fishing (bottom bouncing) upthere? Any better upstream by exit 153?

jones/laidlaw bar is accessible for hwy 1 and you can walk there.

I went to Pegleg on August 7th and caught three Sockeyes....ferw other guys had some Chinooks. all in all, it was not too bad for a start.

Planning on goiing to Pegleg again, but wonder if Vedded river or Canal is worth goiing to this time?

Pegleg is definitely picking up....got two springs last week. Few others caught spring, but mostly Sockeye.
