Heading up for a little fishing and camping with the family in early August, and am looking for something new around Princeton. Right now I am looking at either Deadman Lake or Hook (Boomerang) Lake. Wondering if anyone here has been to either of these, and what they thought of them.
Other suggestions are also welcome. Basically all I need is a forestry site, preferably well off road to keep out the rowdies, room for a couple of tents, and ability to tow in a small trailer.

bluey lake is a good fly fishing lake with forestry campsite, but sometimes a party happens.missezoula is good. i'm heading to kentucky alleyne tomorrow. i will tap the knowledge of others while there and let you know. otter lake has too much milfoil. my neighbour likes chain lake.

Missezula Lake has camping on the north end, east side. Can attract red necks on the weekend, 100+ were headed there for a jeep rock-climbing weekend couple of weeks ago. We left Sat am
Lot's of ATV riding in the area, fishing was OK
