Has anyone been into Pinaus lake this year? I would like to take the family in for the weekend but the wife requires the RV trailer to come! It is a 26ft travel trailer, I have taken it into some good places around but it really only has 6" of clearance. Would it be wise to take it into Pinaus? If so which access, from Westwold or the south route from Falkland? I haven't been either way in 20 years! I would plan on staying in the BCFS sites.

Well I don't think you'll have a problem unless it gets stormy and rainy. That place can change within a few hours into a disaster. If you have a good 4x4 and enough confidence to pull that RV out, no problemo. My girlfriend and I went up once in my cavalier and camped out back in the rubber dingy fishing days and we were lucky to make it out. Once Ingram gets thick in mud its damn near impossible to move in a rear wheel drive vehicle. If you stay at the rec site it could be a little iffy guiding your way through with a longer RV but you can always park your butts down at the lodge and pay to stay. Anymore question's give me a holler.
