hey fishing friends (pc)
I'm looking to go up to CHWK lake this thursday
haven't been up there in 35 years, honestly. Anyone have any tips on fishing the lake.
when I was a kid up there with my dad the fishing was pretty good.

the extreme south by river mouth closed permanently.. north is closed by river mouth. if salmon are migrating through the lake most other fish will be on the east by the road. look under the footbridge for salmon resting after the rapids. fish deep for the biggies. paleface campground is best. a pile of mossy rocks near site 49 was charles lindeman's float plane cabin in the 1920's. clark gable fished from here
