Has anyone fished Porteau Cove? Are there chances of caching trout there? Thinking of camping there soon.

Ah the regs, yes the good ol regs. Havent got a copy yet.
Drove up there today to check out the campsites. Very nice. Full hookups but no fishing! The parks lady did tell me that fishing is allowed if you have a boat and fish about 300 feet from shore.

Porteau Cove is a good base camp if alice lake isn't open. you can hit up all the little lakes that are close by, like stump and cat. no fishing at porteau cove tho.
