My go-to fly has to be the Carey Special. Unbelievable fly for Bunzten Lake.

Thats a great fly! I dont have one in that color going to have to get one. I fished buntzen a lot last year with OK results, but one time fishing with 2 rods in a boat i must have caught 15 little rainbows in about 1 hour! Was kinda crazy they must have just stocked the lake. I used a red doc sprtley & a green panther martin on a spinning rod. Was a good time!!!

I still have a Yellow Sportsman Poster with all the flies on it , signed by Ted i was about 10 yrs old . His favorite saying tight lines.
