I went to check out Rice Lake this long wkend - there seems to be some contruction there at the end of the long gravel road - does anyone know if the lake is still open for fishing?

there is construction going on there, but rice lake and the trails around there are not affected. I went on Monday from 8am til about noon and didn't catch anything - just a few bites. By noon, the dock was getting packed with families and it was getting pretty hot. I saw 3 fish caught all day.
