Disaster Management is defined as the process of effective preparation and response of disasters. When we think of disasters, we usually tend to think about natural or human caused disasters. Disaster Management NGOs are also involved in disaster response at various stages. Thus the role of the NGO’s during a disaster of any kind is to have a fast response and to try and save as many lives as they can with the given funds.
