yep mill lake, alberdyck park, and fishtrap creek. but if you are new at bass fishing i would go to alberdyck park i once cought 30 bass in like six hours
bcbasser

mill lake isnt that good for largies for large mouth fishtrap is good but tuff go down there on a warm day and you might bump into some monster bass

I've never fished for bass but seen alot on tv. What the best equipment for them to get started Looking at the guys using a level wind is a birds nest waiting to happen but what I've heard it likely the best. I'd like to head to a lake just to toss out some of my walleye gear to see if that would work. Any ideas of a easy fish lake with a small boat in BC.

you walleye divers should work well, and those bright jigs with single tail grubs.

do you use any lipless crankbaits for walleyes?
bcbasser

go down to reaction fly and tackle or riverside and get some bass gear it will realy help go to albert dycke park and throw some crank baits on lite spinning gear [remember the warmer the better]
SUZUKITREV

BASS SWEET, So now I can use all my gear that I brougt over from ontario when I moved here. I got laughed at, at the store when I asked for spinner baits. LOL
BullTroutMolester

went bass fishing in albert dyke today, caught a few in couple hours. was using a dark green worm, crawling it on the bottom, with the odd twitch. hub sports is also carrying bass gear now. they have a whole lil bass section with tonz of plastics and crank baits. they are all made by one of the local bass club members.
