This information is for men who have noticed changes in their ability to get or sustain an erection. Vidalista pills is the trade name for a drug called Tadalafil, which was originally developed to treat pulmonary hypertension and high blood pressure. It works by blocking the PDE-5 enzyme system, relaxing blood vessels in the penis to allow more blood flow, which increases both erection quality and duration of erections. Vidalista 20mg will not cause an erection without sexual stimulation - it's meant only as a treatment for erectile dysfunction symptoms that are either not responding well enough to other treatments (such as Levitra or Viagra) or cannot be treated with those drugs.
