ive seen maybe ,just over / under 40 pounder spring at the vedder

300 pound coho!!! im just kdding i did see a big spring on the side of the river bank of the veddermust have been at least 65 plus. The only problem was taht it was dead.

im not saying whether it was that big or not but chinook towards the queen charlottes do reach the 70 pound range. i have yet to ever see or hear of anything above 50 in the fraser system. i regretably didnt get out more than once or twice this season before i bugged out to the oil rigs for a bit.

There are 2 fish over 50 pounds caught out of the fraser river in the angling bc gallery.

Not a lot of big stuff this year one at 46 lbs and three just scratching over 40.

a few years ago my buddy landed a 54 at landstrom bar in hope it was a big white pig ill dig out the picture.that was the biggest fish i have seen on the fraser first hand a couple of years ago bruces market caught a 65 to 70 in there test sets they had a weight guessing contest for it
