Any one who went out to This lake will tell you that the drive is very scenic and peacefull. Lots of rivers to fish on the way if you and the boys wish to drag out the day. how ever at the lake at 7 am till 9am or when it gets too hot the fishing is awsome. and from the sunset roughly 8pm to 10 the fishing is awsome lots of big rises and feisty fish. Of the Two days that we were there my stepson caught a 15 incher and missed way to many. I caught a total of 15 fish averaging around a 1 1/2 pound
The Largest for me that weekend was a 2 pounder.
If any one was thinking of going out to this lake i recommend it. Docs in red and black worked great so did leaches.

Tyax also hires people seasonally, so if you were interested in working and fishing in a nice beautiful place, drop 'em an email. I was going to work there last summer but I play tennis competitively and I had too many tournaments. I actually have three coming up this summer and fall still.
