Its a completely new technique to me, i was wondering if anyone has any experiences or advice. heres the link

I am curious about this, it looks good. However I notice twin trebles in the pics. I figure a flat spoon would be problematic as far as securing the fillet goes.

somehow i dont think a spoon would track properly. I spose if you had to change the hooks on a flat fish itd be doable, just alot of tuning the eyelet.
