Jones345	Posted: 7/5/2007 5:16:09 PM Reply Been trolling wedding bands out there with good luck but want the wife to learn to catch using fly rods..Anyone had any luck trolling flies out there?? I caught a few nice ones a few years back on leeches, but any other ideas??? Thanks...
olie'	Posted: 7/6/2007 8:26:39 AM Reply I troll wet flies there all the time. I get between 2 - 15 trout per day sometimes. I mainly use a "Carry Special" although any fly you find at Army&Navey that says "wet trout fly" is good. Flies with blue and/or pink on them work very well too.

Louis Vuitton	Posted: 7/8/2007 4:11:52 PM Reply I'd highly suggest going to your local fly shop, or closest retailer for now until you decide to get serious into it, and get a selection of trout wet flies, and also invest in a stomach pump (should only be about ten bucks). Once you catch your first fish of the day, pump it and see what the majority of the contents are and then tie one on that is similar in size and colour. It can take alot of the guess work out of a day.
